1. Who we are
Qualixar is a research and education initiative operated by Varun Pratap Bhardwaj (sole proprietor, India) (“Qualixar,” “we,” “us”). These Terms govern your use of qualixar.com and everything we offer through it: open-source software, digital educational products (courses, workbooks, guides, templates), and professional services. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Open-source software
Our tools (including SuperLocalMemory, Qualixar OS, AgentAssert, AgentAssay, SkillFortify, SLM Mesh, and SLM MCP Hub) are provided under their respective open-source licenses (AGPL-3.0, Apache-2.0, Elastic License 2.0, or FSL, as stated in each repository). Your use of that software is governed by the license shipped with it, not by these Terms. Commercial licenses are available on request.
3. Digital products
When you purchase a course, workbook, or other digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the paid content or your access credentials. All intellectual property in the content remains ours.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process and payments for digital products are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders — Paddle handles the transaction, customer service enquiries related to billing, and applicable sales tax/VAT/GST. Prices are shown at checkout. Professional services are billed separately under a written engagement.
5. Refunds
Digital products are covered by our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed through Paddle.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, resell access, or use our content to build a competing paid course. We may suspend access for violations.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The site, software, and educational content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Educational content is for informational purposes and is not professional, legal, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
