Give Jev a bounded question — which tool, skill, task, file, or review path fits this state? — and get back a typed answer with probabilities and a local receipt. Your agent still writes the code, uses the tools, requests native permissions, and verifies the result. A local policy broker checks the selected workspace scope, screens recognizable secrets, enforces daily request limits, and sends only the bounded state needed for that call. The answer returns as advice plus an inspectable receipt; it is never treated as permission to act. TypeSafe Jev is the primary decision model, with Laya-MLX available as an optional, separately installed local route — and Jev-only never silently falls back to Laya. The secret screen is best-effort, not comprehensive data-loss prevention, and the maximum scope cannot grant permission to disclose somebody else's confidential material. This is an independent open-source integration, not an official TypeSafe, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or Laya product.
Choice, Score, and Noul — a selection from known options, a position on a defined scale, or a yes/no probability. The plugin wraps each answer in policy checks and receipts, and never treats a model answer as permission to act.

Codex Desktop is the one host with an installed adapter and a verified explicit Jev receipt. Hermes and Antigravity ship adapters whose receipts are not yet verified; Claude Code carries portable plugin metadata only; VS Code has no bundled extension in v1.
