We want you to be satisfied. For digital products purchased on qualixar.com (courses, workbooks, templates, and guides), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product did not meet your expectations. No complicated conditions — we honour honest requests.

How to request a refund

Email varun.pratap.bhardwaj@gmail.com with your order number (from your Paddle receipt) and the email used at checkout. You can also contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, directly through the receipt they send you. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

The 14-day guarantee covers standard digital products. It does not apply where there is clear evidence of abuse (for example, downloading all materials and then requesting a refund), or to bespoke professional services and consulting engagements, which are governed by their own written agreement. Free and open-source software is provided at no cost and is therefore outside this policy.
